I guide families and teens through transitions, conflict, and bullying situations with a presence that makes even the hardest conversations possible.
I didn't grow up thinking I'd become a family coach. I grew up needing one.
I was six years old when my parents divorced. More than the arguments, what stood out for me was the uncertainty — the unanswered questions, feeling like the ground had shifted and nobody could tell me where or when it would settle. I wished, even then, that there had been someone outside the family who could sit with us. Not to fix things, just to help us understand each other.
That feeling never left me.
It followed me into classrooms across Austria, the Netherlands, and Spain, where I watched children carry an invisible weight that nobody could name. It followed me into my own life as a mother of three and expat who packed up her world and moved countries more than once. And it followed me into every bullying situation I encountered — first as a teacher, then as a parent, and eventually as the coach I once needed myself.
What I've learned from all of it is this: children don't struggle because they're broken; families don't fall apart because they don't love each other. They struggle because transitions are hard, connection takes practice, and sometimes you just need someone in your corner who has been there… and knows the way back.
That's why I do this work. And that's why I built it around those whose needs I deeply empathise with and understand: parents separating, families starting over somewhere new, and teenagers trying to find their footing in a world that doesn't always make it easy.

I’m an expat myself, working in English, German and conversational Spanish. I am also certified in EAL (English as an Additional Language) support & early childhood development.
When I'm not coaching, you'll find me somewhere between running for pleasure, a school run, an oat milk latte, and a community event.
I'm a mum of three — which means I've navigated the full spectrum of childhood, from toddler tantrums to teenage eye-rolls and beyond. I've learned to find the humour in most of it. I've been a single mum. I've been part of a patchwork family. I've been the new person in town, trying to figure out which school, which playground, which WhatsApp group would become home.
Outside of my coaching practice, I co-founded Village Clubhouse with two other parents in Sitges. We are a community for families who believe tweens and teens thrive with real connection, not on their screens. It started as a conviction and has since become one of the best things I've ever created.
I love lemons, the Mediterranean light, and the particular magic of watching a child or parent realise they're more capable than they thought. I believe in warmth over perfection. In listening and connection over advice. And in the idea that the best communities and families are built one honest conversation at a time.
