Frequently
Asked Questions
-
Coaching focuses on the present and the future. It helps to set personal goals, and move forward in life. It’s all about personal growth, and improving in certain areas.
Therapy focuses more on healing from past trauma.
-
My coaching approach is built on deep listening and thoughtful inquiry.
I take time to truly hear you or your child, ask questions that matter, and then for reflection.
After 1-2 days, I will get back to you and share my feedback, practical advice or tips to help you through.
If I work with teens or children, I always combine my coaching with hands-on activities, walking, or playing. This is less confrontational and stressful for the child, and there is less pressure on sharing difficult topics or feelings.
-
I always start with a meeting with the parents to understand the background of the situation and family dynamics.
I work with the family as a whole — everyone plays a part. Sessions may happen together or individually (different combinations of family members or settings are possible).
My aim is to help you improve communication, make sure everyone feels heard, and resolve recurring conflicts. We will also work on setting boundaries and new goals for the future.
The idea behind each session is to build practical skills, such as how to have difficult conversations, manage emotions, and support each other better.

There is no set answer to this.
As a general rule, we typically need at least 4 sessions of 50 minutes each, depending on your individual needs and situation.
We can work one session at a time, or I can offer you a packaged rate for 6 sessions or more.
We can discuss this in more details during our Discovery Call.
-
Part of successful family coaching is being able to explore different perspectives and emotions with each family member. If I am asked not to share highly confidential information, I will of course respect your request.
-
I work with the whole family, even when it’s “Teen Coaching”. Parents need to be involved regardless of whether they are present at the sessions.
-
I work with kids from 11 onwards (until 18, when they are technically considered adults).
-
I work both in-person (within a 30-minute radius of Sitges) or online.
All online sessions use video, and may be recorded (provided you or your child is comfortable).
-
Our initial 20-Minute Consultation is always free.
After that, individual 50-minute sessions are 60€ (+ IVA)
I can offer special rates for packs of 4 or more sessions
