Family Coaching
Less conflict, more connection.
Family life moves fast and sometimes communication and patterns get in the way of the connection you want.
Family coaching provides support, solves conflicts, and strengthens relationships. Together, we will find out what is going on beneath the surface, and we will create practical tools which you can use in your daily life. The goal is a more connected, resilient and happy family.
This is not couples therapy. Our focus is always first on the children and the family as a whole.
Who is this for?
This is for families feeling the strain of daily conflict, distance, or miscommunication — especially those navigating relocation, divorce, changing schools, or the particular challenge of raising teenagers far from home.
If you've tried talking to the school and it helped a little, but something deeper still needs addressing, this is for you.
How do I work?
We begin with the parents.
In our first session, I hear your story: your family's background, the patterns you've noticed, what your ideal outcome looks like. We identify where the tension lives and what's really driving it.
From there, I work with the whole family or with the kids directly, depending on what's needed. Each session lasts one hour, but the work doesn't stop there.
I believe sustainable change takes reflection, not rushed solutions. So instead of offering immediate, off-the-shelf advice, I take 24 to 48 hours to contemplate your unique situation before returning with tailored suggestions, guidance, and concrete support tools.
Supporting you between sessions
I stay close through light-touch WhatsApp check-ins — just 5 to 10 minutes to see what's shifting, how the tools are working, and where we might adjust.
How many sessions will we need?
A typical starting point is 6 sessions, with the option to continue based on how things progress.

What will we work on?
The four pillars of a healthy family dynamic.
A healthy family dynamic is built on four core pillars: effective communication, mutual respect, emotional safety, and shared values. Together, these elements create a supportive environment where every member feels valued, heard, and able to handle life's challenges.
Communication
Replacing defensive reactions and misunderstandings with open, constructive dialogue.
Conflict Resolution
Navigating disagreements and turning tension into opportunities for understanding.
Transitions
Supporting families through relocation, new schools, teen challenges, and major life shifts.
Boundaries
Establishing limits that protect parental authority while honoring your kids’ growing independence.
What can you expect?
Arguments happen less often, and when they do, they get resolved much more quickly. Children feel heard. Parents feel more confident. The home starts to feel like a place everyone wants to come back to again.
