Every child deserves to feel safe and belong.

I’m a certified, English and German-speaking coach for families and teenagers navigating transitions, bullying, family conflicts, and the challenge of starting over somewhere new.

“Asking for help isn’t giving up,” said the horse. “It’s refusing to give up.”

  • Parents

You don’t have to figure it all out alone.

Parenting is one of the most beautiful things you’ll ever do… and one of the hardest. There are days when you feel completely lost, when the arguments don’t stop, when you wonder if you’re getting it right. Those feelings don’t mean you’re failing. They mean you care deeply.

I’m here to walk alongside you — not to judge, not to hand you a list of rules, but to truly listen and understand your family’s unique story. Together, we’ll untangle the patterns that aren’t working, strengthen the bonds that matter most, and help you find more calm, more connection, and more joy in your everyday family life.

  • Teenagers

This is a space that’s just for you.

Life as a teenager isn’t always easy. Sometimes everything feels too loud, too overwhelming, or just… stuck. Maybe there’s something on your mind you haven’t been able to put into words. Maybe you’re not even sure what’s wrong, you just know something doesn’t feel right.

That’s okay. I’m not here to lecture you or tell you how to feel, I’m here to listen without judgment, pressure, or an agenda. Many of the teens I work with arrive feeling like nobody really gets them. They leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more in control of their own lives. You deserve someone in your corner.

  • Families in Conflict

Real talk, real connection, real change.

Constant arguments. Silence after another fight. Kids caught in the middle… It’s a tough place to be, day in and day out. What I’ve learned is that underneath every argument is often something simpler: people who love each other, but no longer feel understood.

My work as a family coach is about listening, starting conversations, and uncovering what’s causing your conflict. Together, we will rebuild communication so you can find your way back to each other — as parents, as partners, and as a a whole family. We will turn tension back into loving connection.

Katharina Strobl, Family & teen Coach

I became a coach because I needed one more than once, too.

I've been a child of divorce, an overwhelmed parent, a single mum, a teacher watching students struggle without the right support. I've moved countries, rebuilt communities, and raised three children through the kind of complexity that doesn't fit neatly into a parenting book.

What I know, from all of it, is that the right support at the right moment can change everything. Not because it fixes things; because it helps you find your way.

I am a certified coach for children, teens, and families, earning my degrees from Akademie Starke Kinder (ASK) and Akademie für Familiencoaching.

Here are three of the ways I can help. Which one sounds right for you?
